Milk Cake (With Eggs)

Milk Cake is one of the favorite sweets you cannot say no to. It can be served both as a dessert or a cool serving which would bring smiles on your friends and families with it’s soft texture and soothing taste.

Scope of Serving

15 pieces


  • 5 eggs
  • 2 to 3 cups of sugar
  • 1 or 1/2 tbsp vanilla flavor or paste.
  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 medium cups of milk
  • 8 -10 Solid butter cubes


  • Small Cardamom seeds to give a fresh smell
  • Company of Fruits will be great

Preparation Method

  1. Break the eggs in to a bowl and beat them until uniform yellow colored mixture is formed.

2.Add sugar and beat till the mixture turns smooth and light.

3.Now add Vanilla paste and keep beating the mixture and a uniform mixture is formed.

4.Mix flour and baking powder to a side and add to the previous mixture.

5.Beat this mixture slowly until a smooth mixture is formed

6.Heat the milk and butter on a stove until butter is melted and mixed with milk.

7.Add milk and butter mixture is to the batter and beat this mixture to a uniform combination.

8.Take this final mixture ,pour into a mold or small pan and heat at 350* for 30-40 min.



Tip: You can test the baking of cake by inserting a small toothpick in to the mold and it should be clean if you take it out.
