Beer can be a good ally to Heart says new study

Beer lovers have a new reason to keep reveling in their liquid gold, and it is that according to a recent study presented at Bilbao, it is confirmed that beer is a good ally to the heart.

According to the research conducted by Dr. Ramón Estruch, which has been presented at the Congress of cardiovascular diseases, the study has obtained clear positive results in the cardiovascular system of patients with a moderate intake of beer.
The research was conducted with a group of people of a high cardiovascular risk, between 55 and 80 years of age. They were given moderate intake of beer daily for 28 days.The results showed a clear reduction of the stabilizers and inflammatory markers associated with cardiovascular problems, mostly due to the content of polyphenols in Beer.

Beer is an ally to Heart

Moderate consumption of beer, both traditional and without alcohol, in addition to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, can be a good ally for our hearts. This will only hold true if the consumption is moderate and not in excess. Please note that Beer can hold a risk to liver if taken in excess.

This is kind of a good news to beer lovers. Beer has been a favorite drink along with food across the world. Friends, family and relatives are all offered  a glass of beer to cherish a happy moment. Everyone enjoys a glass of beer with a seaside chat or with a meal with family. Please be careful that Beer contains alcohol and should only be given to adults above the age of 18. anyone consuming alcohol below 18 years of age is offending the government rules and is committing a punishable crime.
